Clear Support Programme
Please read the details below, we want to be clear and up-front with some of our potential charges. Most of the support you will ever need is included in the packages/s purchase price but some stuff will be chargeable. Please see our WordPress Package Prices Here
Server/Technical Support
The Server operations run silently in the background you should never know we are there. For your convenience we carry out side-wide backups every 24 hours just in case its needed.
Design/Aesthetics Support
The level of design support is dependent on the package you have purchased but in the main once your website is handed over to you further design changes will be chargeable.
Content Management Support
Content Management Training is included in the package, however Gold and Platinum package clients receive 12 months hands on content support to ensure your website continues to look fantastic and remain fully optimised for the search engines.
Plug-in and Widget Support
Plug-ins and widgets can be troublesome and not all are compatible with each other, the trouble is you will not know which are going to bite you until you have been bitten.
This should not happen because we install and configure your plug-ins before handing the site to you, but should you install your own and things go wrong (rare) we will charge £45.00 per hour to put these issues right. (Free to Platinum clients)
